Google Calendar Integration

Google User Data — Limited Use Disclosure

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect a Google Calendar account to askh.ai via the Targets + ToDos feature, we receive limited Google user data: your Google account email address, the list of calendars on your account, and read-only access to events on the calendars you select. This data is processed under Google’s Limited Use Policy.

We use this data exclusively to:

  • Display your selected calendar events alongside your tasks inside the askh.ai Targets + ToDos feature so you can plan your day around real commitments.
  • Refresh that view when you sync, and during the brief window required to perform that sync. We do not, and will never:
  • Sell or rent your Google user data to any third party.
  • Share your Google user data with third parties for any purpose other than directly fulfilling the calendar-sync feature you turned on.
  • Use your Google user data for advertising, including retargeting, personalised advertising, or interest-based advertising.
  • Use your Google user data to develop, improve, or train any generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence and/or machine-learning models, including our own. Google Workspace API data (including calendar event content) is never used for AI/ML model development, improvement, or training.
  • Transfer your Google user data to any third-party AI tools or models. Calendar event content is never sent to any AI model on askh.ai or to any third-party AI provider.
  • Use your Google user data for any purpose other than providing or improving the Targets + ToDos calendar-sync feature you opted into. Google user data and AI/ML models: We do not use any Google user data (including Google Workspace API data) to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or ML models. We do not transfer any Google user data to third-party AI tools. The only data sent to AI providers on askh.ai is the content you yourself type into our AI Products — your Google Calendar data is fully walled off from that pipeline. Storage and revocation: OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Calendar event data is cached briefly to render your calendar view and is automatically refreshed each time you sync. You can revoke askh.ai’s access to your Google account at any time from inside the Targets + ToDos settings page, or directly via your Google Account security page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access deletes your stored tokens immediately; cached event data is purged within 30 days. Human access: No askh.ai employee has access to your Google user data except temporarily for security investigations, troubleshooting at your explicit request, or to comply with applicable law.

Connected Social Accounts

If you choose to connect your Instagram professional account and/or Facebook Page to askh.ai, we use Meta’s APIs to read, on your behalf, your own published posts (captions, links, thumbnails, dates) and their performance figures (reach, impressions, saves, shares, plays, likes, comment counts, follower count) for the previous 90 days. We use this only to give you feedback and coaching on your own content inside askh.ai. We never read comment text or direct messages, never post, reply, like, follow or message on your behalf, and never share this data with third parties or use it for advertising. Access tokens are stored encrypted. Post data is kept for a maximum of 180 days. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Connected accounts, or by removing askh.ai in your Facebook settings; either deletes everything we hold from your connected accounts immediately. Questions or deletion requests: hello@askharriette.co.uk.

User Generated Content

Any personal information or image content you voluntarily disclose online in a manner that other users can view (including, but not limited to: product reviews, comments, posts on social media pages, etc.) becomes publicly available, and can be read, collected, and used by other members of this Site to send you unsolicited messages. Your name, email, or other information may also be displayed when you post comments or upload images throughout the Site. Ask Harriette LLC is not responsible for the personal information users select to disclose in these forums.

Our Site is intended for users who are eighteen (18) years of age and older. If you are under the age of eighteen, you are not permitted to submit any personal information to our Site or use our AI Products. Our Site is not directed at children under eighteen and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under eighteen. We will promptly delete any personal information from a person under the age of eighteen should we discover that we have collected such information from a person under the age of eighteen without verification of parental consent.
