Make It Yours
Ask H can remember key details about you and your business so every conversation feels tailored to you. The more she knows, the better her advice, copy, and coaching will be. Her memory builds two ways: you add the foundations yourself, and — on every paid tier including Base — she quietly picks up coaching-grade facts from your conversations and saves them for you.
Go to Settings (bottom of the sidebar) → scroll to Memory → add your details using the suggested prompts or create your own.
On every paid tier — Base, Penelope, Numi, Ophelia, Genie, Beastie, House of Codes, and every bundle — Ask H will periodically review your recent conversations and save facts she thinks are worth remembering. Things like a business pivot you've committed to, a revenue milestone you've hit, an upcoming launch date, a mindset shift, or a strategic decision.
The bar is high: if a good business coach wouldn't write it down in their session notes, she won't save it. Casual chat, opinions, and emotional venting without a shift attached all get filtered out.
You stay in control. Every auto-saved memory appears in your Memory list in Settings alongside the ones you've added manually — review them anytime and delete anything that doesn't belong. If she ever saves something you'd rather she hadn't, just tap the ✕ next to it and it's gone.
Ask H stores up to 50 memories on Base, or 100 on Base Plus and every higher plan — manual and automatic combined. Once you hit your cap, every new memory she saves pushes the oldest one out to make room. Most users never come close, but it's worth glancing at your Memory list in Settings every now and then so nothing important gets quietly overwritten.
A quick monthly review keeps her brief on you sharp:

Manual and automatic memory work beautifully as a pair. Add the stable foundations yourself — business name, ideal client, main offer, tone, current goals — so she always has a clear brief. Then let auto-memory capture the living story as your business evolves: new launches, wins, decisions, pivots, breakthroughs. You'll end up with a rich, accurate picture of who you are and where you're headed — without having to log it all manually.
Think of it like briefing a new team member. Give her the essentials:
Keep each memory short and specific. One or two sentences max. Think facts, not essays. “Wellness coaching for burnt-out corporate women” is better than three paragraphs about your brand story. (Longer uses more tokens).
You can update your memories anytime as your business evolves. Starting a new offer? Update your “main offer” memory. Changed your pricing? Update that too. Ask H will use the latest info from your very next conversation.
She weaves them into her responses naturally. If Penelope knows your ideal client is a burnt-out corporate woman, she'll write copy that speaks directly to that person. If Ophelia knows your price point, she'll build strategy around those numbers. If Numi knows your goals, she'll coach you toward them.
You don't need to re-explain your business at the start of every chat. She already knows.
Projects
Big work doesn't fit in one chat. A launch, a sales page rewrite, a welcome sequence — they run for weeks and they need the same context every time. Projects give that work a home. Set the context up once, then have as many short chats inside it as you like. Every one of them starts already knowing the story.
Base Plus and above. One project on Base Plus. Three on Genie, Penelope, Numi, Ophelia and Penelope + Numi. Ten on House of Codes and HOC Plus. On a 7-day brain trial? You get one project to try it with. Base has folders, which still work exactly as they always have — see what a step up unlocks.
Write what you'd want Ask H to know before every single chat in this project: what it is, who it's for, what's decided, what's done, what's next, what's broken. Up to 4,000 characters. This is your master doc — keep it current and every chat inherits it.
Best practice: when a decision gets made in a chat, spend ten seconds putting it in Instructions. Future you will thank you.
Pin the files this project depends on: your sales page, your email sequence, a brief, a screenshot of the ad. PDF, Word, text, markdown and images all work. Ask H reads them in every chat inside the project, so you never re-upload. The bar shows how much of the project's capacity you've used. Full? Remove a file you no longer need.
Overnight, Ask H reads the new messages in every chat in your project and writes up where things stand under five headings: Purpose & context, Current state, Decisions made, Open items & bugs, Next steps. It only summarises what was actually said.
Want it now? Hit Refresh (once every ten minutes). Got something wrong? Hit Edit and fix it — your version becomes the starting point for the next rebuild.
From the project home, just type in the box at the bottom: that starts a new chat filed in the project. Or move an existing chat in with the usual move-to-folder option. Any chat inside a project shows a gold Project pill in the top bar. Tap it to jump back to the project home.
Astrology & Human Design
Over 600 of you brought your astrology or Human Design into your chats, so Ask H can now read your natal chart and your bodygraph alongside your Priestess Numerology. One thing first: your codes lead. Priestess Numerology reads your Shadow, your Karma, your Money Number and your Business Codes, which astrology and Human Design can't. They are a second language for the same patterns, never a replacement.
Base Plus and above. It's opt-in: nothing changes until you switch it on. On Base, it's one of the reasons to step up to Base Plus.
Only when you bring it up. Mention your rising sign, a transit, your Human Design type or strategy in a chat and she reads yours alongside your codes. When you don't, she stays on your Priestess Numerology. Ask her how your natal chart sits with your codes, what your Human Design authority means for how you make decisions, or what a Saturn return is doing to your Launch Code. Switch either toggle off and it leaves your chats immediately.

Start with Base to learn the platform and get your chart done. When you're ready to go deeper, add the specialist brain that matches your biggest need right now. You don't need to go straight to House of Codes — grow into it as your business grows.
Every message uses tokens (the AI's processing power). Each message has a flat platform charge (8,000 tokens for a standard reply, 25,000 for a Penelope 2.0 reply, because the stronger model costs far more to run) plus the words you send and the words in the reply. Your chat history is cached and never re-charged, so a long conversation doesn't cost more per message than a short one. If you hit your monthly limit, your tokens reset on your next billing renewal date (when your subscription payment goes through).
Higher tiers get more monthly tokens. If you need more, you can top up from the pricing page.
Tips for keeping token usage efficient:
Start new conversations for genuinely new topics rather than continuing one massive thread — it keeps her answers sharp and focused. Once a thread gets very long, Ask H works from a summary of the early part, so details can fade; a fresh chat keeps the thread exact, and your Memory carries the important things across.
Upload files instead of copy-pasting content. It's cleaner, keeps your thread tidy, and your uploads are kept in full even in long conversations.
Skip the pleasantries. Every message costs tokens — ‘thanks babe’ costs the same as a real question. Pack more into fewer messages.
Don't go back and forth endlessly tweaking copy (especially with Penelope). Get your draft to 90%, then make final edits manually like I teach in Copy Clinic. Endless revision threads burn tokens fast.
If you're spending 2 hours writing a sales page, you've missed the point. Should take 15 minutes and 3-4 messages tops.
If you cancel completely, your account gets deleted. Always downgrade to Base instead so you keep your chat history.

Your chat history saves in the sidebar. You can have genuinely long conversations without her losing the thread — when a chat gets really long she'll give you a heads up, but she keeps a running recap of everything you've covered, plus any documents you uploaded in full, so nothing important gets dropped. Your chart data carries across every chat automatically too.

That means if you ask her about deeper chart work, shadow patterns, or anything that sits in Numi's or Penelope's territory, she'll often redirect you to upgrade. That's by design — she knows her lane and she knows when a specialist would serve you better.
But she's also incredibly powerful in her own right. She can calculate your full chart, teach from the entire Ask H course collection, search the web, help with general business strategy, and hold deeply intelligent conversations about your codes.
Tip: If she tries to redirect you, just reply: ‘Thanks, H — I'll explore that later. Right now I have more questions about my chart.’ She'll stay with you.
